From NYC:
Take LIE to exit 71 (Edwards Avenue). Make a left and travel north to Sound Avenue. At Sound Avenue (Rte 48) make a right heading east. Macari Vineyards will be on your left in the town of Mattituck (approximately 11 miles).
OR
Take the LIE to exit 73 (last exit), continue east through Riverhead until you reach the intersection of County Road 105, turn left on 105 head north to Sound Avenue(Rte 48) make a right on Sound Ave. Macari Vineyards will be on your left in the town of Mattituck on the corner of Bergen Avenue and Sound Avenue.
From Hamptons:
Take Sunrise Hwy to exit 65N, you will then be on 24 in Hampton Bays. Take 24 until the intersection of County Road 105. Make a right on 105, head north to Sound Avenue (Rte 48). Make a right on Sound Avenue. Macari Vineyards will be on your left in the town of Mattituck on the corner of Bergen Avenue and Sound Avenue.
